At Born Primitive, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your training. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn apparel with original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label. A small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, while exchanges are always free.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack your items in the original mailer or a similar protective bag, ensuring all original hangtags are included.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier. Once our warehouse receives and inspects the gear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
